Ski season begins on December 13th
That is what we were waiting for: the Kanzelwand skiing resort starts on Saturday 8:30 in the morning. There are also some hiking trails for stroller. Kanzelwand is at the neighbour town of Oberstdorf, a bit up in a valey. It is ca 20 min driving distance. www.das-hoechste.de“

Die Skisaison in Oberstdorf starts a week later On 13. December starts the ski season at the Fellhorn/Kanzelwand, Nebelhorn and Söllereck Dispite all efforts: the original start at 6th of december for Fellhorn/Kanzelwand resort had to move a week forward. The Chieftain of the Bergbahn Augustin Kröll explained, they produced some artificial snow but it is not enough. News: www.das-hoechste.com
